Dandenong Foothills – September Post published:September 20, 2021 Post category:Australian / Terrestrial Acianthus caudatus was blooming in the fork of a tree Isolated patches of Caladenia parva were around Caladenia oenochila grew nearby. This is the first time I’ve seen this species! This one had a beautiful striped pattern Looks like a hybrid between C. parva and C. oenochila Diuris orientis were everywhere. This one had almost none of the usual brown blotching. Diuris chryseopsis grew on someone’s lawn nearby. Another new species for me Tags: acianthus caudatus, caladenia hybrid, caladenia oenochila, caladenia parva, diuris chryseopsis, diuris orientis Read more articles Previous PostAcianthus caudatusNext PostPollination of Caladenia parva You Might Also Like Diuris abbreviata July 26, 2020 Caleana minor February 28, 2021 Chiloglottis trapeziformis September 6, 2021
