Dandenong Foothills – September

Acianthus caudatus was blooming in the fork of a tree
Isolated patches of Caladenia parva were around
Caladenia oenochila grew nearby. This is the first time I’ve seen this species!
This one had a beautiful striped pattern
Looks like a hybrid between C. parva and C. oenochila
Diuris orientis were everywhere. This one had almost none of the usual brown blotching.
Diuris chryseopsis grew on someone’s lawn nearby. Another new species for me
